5.1 All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All materials provided during the coaching program, including but not limited to worksheets, guides, and training materials, remain the intellectual property of BB Coaching Solutions.

6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from BB Coaching Solutions.

7. Responsibilities

7.1 BB Coaching Solutions commits to providing coaching services with reasonable care and skill.
